What your ticks may mean
In many people who have these symptoms, acid and stomach contents rising into the throat are part of the cause. Simple changes help many people: an early, light dinner, a raised head end of the bed, nose breathing and fewer late coffees.
See a doctor soon if
You ticked any red flag, or your symptoms continue after 4 to 6 weeks of these changes. An ENT can check your throat and voice box with a small camera.
